Sandra Jean ( Sewall) Beattie, 74, of Windsor Locks, CT and formerly of Newport, Rhode Island, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 11, 2013. Born on September 30, 1938, in Newport, Rhode Island, she was the loving daughter of Louvere H. and Mae M. (Cleary) Sewall. Sandra graduated from Roger’s High School in Newport and later from the Rhode Island School of Hairdressing of Providence. She leaves behind her son Robin K. Beattie of FL, and her loving sister Barbara Rusnock and her husband John of East Granby, CT, and one nephew and four nieces also of East Granby, CT. There are no visitation hours and services will be private. Interment will be at a later date. Windsor Locks Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
