Audrey Jakubowski, 62, of East Granby, CT passed away at home on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Audrey was born December 30, 1954, in Hartford, CT the daughter of the late John and Helen (Baltronis) Jakubowski. Audrey attended local schools in Windsor Locks and was a graduate of Windsor Locks High School Class of 1972. She was employed with Mt Sinai Hospital for several years as an Executive Assistant. Audrey was a talented pianist and animal lover and loved her dog Greta. She enjoyed baking for her family and friends. Audrey is survived by her sister, Diane Levesque of Windsor Locks; a brother, John Jakubowski and his wife, Linda of East Granby; her nieces and nephews, Kelly Corrigan and husband, Sean of Amherst, NY, Dawn Struck of Enfield, John Trainor of Windsor Locks, John and Michael Jakubowski of Wethersfield; a great-niece and great nephews, Brittany and Brendon Struck and Ryan Corrigan and her companion Graham McTygue. Audrey was predeceased by her brother, Henry Jakubowski. There are no calling hours. Graveside services for Audrey will be celebrated on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 10 am in Grove Cemetery, South Main St., Windsor Locks.
