Carol A. (Beckham) Belsen, 53, of Windsor Locks and loving wife of John Belsen entered into Eternal Rest on Saturday, May 20, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Carol was born February 26, 1964, in East Patchogue, NY. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by three children, Stephanie, John and Daniel Belsen all of Windsor Locks.
