Donald E. “Don” Harmon, 61, of Enfield, CT loving husband to Tammy (Hamilton) Harmon passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 21, 2017. Don was born April 22, 1956, in Bath, ME the son of the late Raymond S. and Bertha (Newdick) Harmon. Don was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 1525 where he served as Legion and a member of the Moose Riders of Thompsonville 1525 and a member of the Polish American Club in Windsor Locks. In addition to his wife he is also survived by two children, Donald Harmon and his girlfriend, Jessica Williams of Enfield and Alyssa Smith and her husband, Ryan of Suffield and their anticipated arrival of his grandson, Cole Richard Smith; two sisters, Sharon Boyd of Melbourne, FL and Lori Harmon-Vaillancourt of Windsor Locks; his nieces and nephews, Misty LaJeunesse, Amber Mastej, Kimberly Scott, Bryan Roberts, Dakota Hamilton and Sierra Myers; his father-in-law, Maurice Hamilton Sr. of Windsor and a sister-in-law, Terry Davis of Windsor; his four legged friend, Bella. Don was predeceased by an infant step-son, Tyler Bligh; his mother-in-law, Louise Hamilton; two nephews, Justin LaJeunesse and Shawn Ross; two four legged friends, Penny and Boomer. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family during visiting hours on Thursday, August 24, 2017, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield followed by a service at 7 by the members of the Loyal Order of the Moose. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations in memory of Don may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
