Condolence From: Dina Chatwin
Condolence: Mr. Buell was my neighbor during my childhood. He was always so kind to us. So much of our childhood was spent swimming in the Buell's pool with Jeffrey and hanging out at the Buell's home. It truly seems like just yesterday that he turned 40 when Mrs. Buell made the biggest 40th birthday sign and hung it on their garage announcing his birthday for everyone to see.
