Obituary for Kimberly Marie "Kimmie" Iskrzak

Kimberly M. “Kimmie” Iskrzak, 32, of East Windsor entered into Eternal Rest on Friday, January 26, 2018, at Rockville General Hospital with her family by her side. Kim was born February 5, 1985, in Springfield, MA the daughter of Robert and Betty (Fregoe) Iskrzak of East Windsor. Kim was raised in East Windsor and was a graduate of East Windsor High School Class of 2003. She also graduated from the University of Bridgeport where she received a B.S. in Fashion Design. Kim was currently employed with Home Depot in Manchester. She enjoyed stamping, baking and playing Bunco with her family and friends. Kimmie will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents she is also survived by her two sisters, her twin Kara Bigda and her husband, Michael of Windsor and Katie Ciechoski and her husband, Jason of Bristol; her niece and nephews whom she adored, Irick, Rylinn and Jackson. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family during visiting hours on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. A Mass of Christian Burial for Kim will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at 10 am at St. Joseph Church, 1747 Poquonock Ave., Windsor. Please meet at the church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in memory of Kimmie may be made to the National Kidney Foundation Finance Department, 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016.
