Martha Dean  LeDuc (Maddox)
Martha Dean (Maddox) LeDuc, 91, beloved wife of Roland J. LeDuc for 72 years, entered into eternal peace Monday, July 16, 2018 at Touchpoints at Chestnut in Warehouse Point. The daughter of the late Joseph and Carrie (Miller) Maddox, Martha was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She lived in Enfield for over 54 years and was employed by the former Steigers for 18 years. She was a Parishioner at St. Patrick Church. She was a seamstress, and enjoyed crocheting and needlepoint. Martha was a very loving and giving mother and grandmother and wonderful to all who were present in her life. Besides her husband, she is survived by her three children, Darlene Smith and her husband Herbert of Suffield, Donald LeDuc and his wife Julie of Longmeadow, MA, and Karen LeDuc-Warren of South Windsor; a sister, Mary Fenley of Louisville, KY, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Lucille Susin. Visitation hours will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. Family and friends will gather at Leete-Stevens Friday, July 20, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. for a procession to St. Patrick Church, 64 Pearl St., Enfield for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Committal will follow at the MA Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, MA. Donations in Martha's memory may be made to the American Alzheimer's Assn., 225 N.
