Robert "Bob" W. Kelsey, 80, of East Granby, devoted husband and lifetime partner of the late Janet Kelsey (2007), entered into eternal peace, Wednesday March 15, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Bob was born in Hartford, CT and was the son of the late Angelina (Markowski) Kelsey and Harold T. Kelsey Sr. He was raised in Windsor Locks and resided in the community for 21 years before moving to Enfield where he lived for 16 years and lived most recently in East Granby for the past 43 years. He served in the CT Army National Guard. Bob retired from Reliable Manufacturing, but also worked at Windsor Manufacturing and Pratt & Whitney during his career. He was an avid UCONN Women's Basketball fan, one of the originals, and very proud of their team's winning success. Bob also enjoyed gardening in his lower forty, as well as fishing in his free time. Bob is survived by two sons and a daughter, Kevin Kelsey and his wife Rebecca of East Granby, David Kelsey and his wife Tina of Bluffton, SC, and Sharon Kelsey, of Bolton, MA; a brother, Harold T. Kelsey Jr. of Vero Beach, FL; and two grandchildren, Will and Sydney Kelsey both of East Granby. Besides his wifeJanet, Bob was predeceased by a brother, James L. Kelsey.
