Sarah C. Santandrea (Canale), 97, longtime resident of Enfield, entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in Fitchburg, MA. She was born on August 24, 1921, the loving daughter of the late Albino and Angela (Poggi) Canale. Sarah worked for the town of Enfield for 23 years at the Assessor's Office and retired in 1986. She was a parishioner at St. Patrick's Church and a member of the AARP Chapter 3062. Sarah is survived by several beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Guido Santandrea, she is predeceased by three sisters, Jennie Marangone, Eva Cravedi and Louis Canale; and a brother, Alfred Canale. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 9:00- 9:30 am at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06082. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am at St. Patrick's Church, 64 Pearl St, Enfield, CT 06082 followed by burial at St. Patrick's King Street Cemetery.
