Lisa Bout,55, of Windsor Locks passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 12, 2018. Lisa was born September 27, 1962, in Hartford, CT the youngest daughter of Francis V. and Margaret (Ladd) Bout. Lisa was raised in Windsor Locks and attended local schools and graduated from Windsor Locks High School. She was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox which was inherited from Poppy and a New England Patriots fan. Lisa will be deeply missed and remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, her unconditional love for everyone, and being a loving mother and aunt. She is survived by her longtime partner, Joseph Fuoco of Windsor Locks and her three sons, Todd A. Bout of South Windsor, Ryan J. Bout of Meriden,and Steven Bout of Windsor Locks; her sister, Peggy Celso of Windsor Locks;her nieces, Meagan, Nicole, Amanda, and Kayla and their children; her nephews, Michael and Curtis and their children. In addition to her parents, Lisa was also predeceased by a sister, Grace E. Perry. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family during visiting hours on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, from 4pm to 7 pm at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. A funeral service celebrating Lisa's life will begin at 7pm at the funeral home. Lisa will be buried with her parents in St. Mary's Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
