Condolence: Dear Family ~ I am so sorry to read of Angie's passing. I can't recall how we first connected, although a friend used to live near her when my son was young. That may have been it, but we then discovered she and my mother were WLHS classmates, both born in November 1925. My mother was Amelia Sales. It came to the day I was able to visit Angie with my son and bring her my mom's original WLHS high school yearbook to keep, as she said she never got one. Having lost my mom in March of 2003, finding Angie was a comfort. We reminisced about Windsor Locks, people she knew, her high school years, and she told/showed me all about her beautiful former home featured in Country Living. She was so proud of that and so fun. My son is now 16 and Angie and I kept in touch through Christmas cards... and most recently, Facebook! I had actually hoped to pay her a visit again, but apparently that was not meant to be. Please accept my deepest sympathy on her passing. I'm so glad Angie touched my life. Peace to you all. Karen
