Gerard J. “Jerry” Mazur, 89, of Windsor Locks, beloved husband of Lorraine Mazur entered into Eternal Rest on Monday, August 27, 2018. Jerry was born on September 24, 1928 in Hartford, CT. He had a long career in sales at the Hartford Times and later the Hartford Courant. In his spare time, Jerry enjoyed gardening and woodworking. He was a member of St. Robert’s Church. In addition to his loving wife, Jerry is survived by his children, Brian Mazur and his wife Mary of Suffield, Richard Mazur and his wife Christine of Reistentown, MD, and Dawn Burr and her husband John of North Windham; his grandchildren, Rayshelle, Jordan, Conor, Karolina, Alex, and Emily; his brothers, Harold Mazur of Glastonbury, Danny Mazur and his wife Ruth of Bloomfield, and John Mazur of Wethersfield. He was predeceased by his brother Jerome Mazur.
