Obituary for Antoinette Eva "Nanette" Boudreau (Leete)

Antoinette “Nanette” (Leete) Boudreau, 91, of Enfield, beloved wife of the late Charles J. Boudreau, entered into Eternal Life on Friday, January 25, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital, surrounded by the care and comfort of her family. Born in Enfield, CT to the late Kenneth and Theresa (Morin) Leete, she was a lifetime resident of Enfield. Nanette enjoyed a long career as a Licensed Practical Nurse until her retirement in 1986. In her spare time she loved to read and knit, and played many games of cards and dominoes with her friends. Nanette was a longtime member of the Enfield Woman’s Club and a communicant of Holy Family Church.
A wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, Nanette is survived by her two daughters, Karel Larson and her husband Chris of Belchertown, MA, and Lynette Chokas and her husband Ted of Somers CT. Her son William Michael Clarkin died in 1979 while in service to his country. In addition to her loving husband, she was also predeceased by her sisters Elizabeth Kiernan Stasko, Jane Broege, Marian Foster, and Claire Provencher. Nanette will also be greatly missed by her three grandchildren, James W. Brown, David Chokas and his fiancee Chelsea Nickerson, and Danielle Chokas.
Her family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 4 to 7 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Residence, 1365 Enfield St., Enfield. Please meet at the church. Burial will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Antoinette’s memory may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, St. Joseph Residence, 1365 Enfield St., Enfield, CT 06082, or the Woman's Club of Enfield, PO Box 80, Enfield, CT 06082.
