After nearly 50 years together Carl G. and Sharon M. (Conner) Discepolo went home to be with the Lord. Carl, 79, passed away March 14, 2019 and was reunited with his wife Sharon, 68, on March 29, 2019. Carl was born March 6, 1940 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Alfonso and Edna (Gunther) Discepolo. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He proudly served in the United States Army. Carl retired from Napier Company. Sharon was born October 18, 1950 in McComas, West Virginia to Leonard and Sylvia (Alley) Conner. Sharon was a longtime employee of Lego Systems, Inc. and HomeGoods. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Carl and Sharon were loved greatly and will truly be missed. Together they enjoyed spending time with family, playing pinochle and traveling. They especially enjoyed cruising the world together.

They are survived by a son, Carl Discepolo and wife, Stephanie and three daughters Lisa Foy and husband Tom; Michelle Discepolo and husband Dean Nelson, and Tara Discepolo. Known as Papa and MaeMae to eight grandchildren, Kiersten, TJ, Amanda, Marissa, Amber, Dale, Chloe and Camden. They are survived by many loved nieces and nephews. Carl is survived by one brother and four sisters. He was predeceased by two brothers and one sister. Sharon is survived by a brother, Jackie Conner and wife Gail and sister, Rebecca Bobbie. She was predeceased by her brother, Russell Conner.

Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family during visiting hours on Saturday, June 8, from 2 to 3 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06096. Funeral services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
