Obituary for Kay S Nadeau

Kay S. (Holley) Nadeau, 68, of Enfield, CT passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2019, at St. Francis Hospital with her family by her side. Kay was born April 29, 1951, in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of the late Charles and Norma (Terry) Holley. Kay will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, friend, and fighter till the end. She was a wonderful and doting grandmother, her grandchildren where the light of her life. Kay was an animal lover and member of the Order of the Eastern Star Ionic Chapter No. 100.She is survived by her two children, Julie Nadeau of Daytona Beach, FL and Adam Nadeau and his wife, Bekah of Enfield; five grandchildren, Shi, Caleb and Keagan Nadeau, Layne and Trent Hebert; a brother, Jay Holley and his wife, Terry of North Haven, CT; a brother-in-law, Wayne Nadeau and his wife, Bette; sister-in-law, Marie Sienkiewicz; five nieces, Nicole, Lindsey, Laura, Jennifer, and Elizabeth, and many dear friends, especially, Susan Hart and Tom Keefe.Kay was predeceased by a son, Michael Nadeau; her mother-in-law, June Nadeau, and a nephew, Steven Sienkiewicz. Kay’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the MSICU at St. Francis for their wonderful and compassionate care. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. Graveside services and burial will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019, at 11:30 am in Grove Cemetery, Windsor Locks.
