Anna-Luz McGowan, 55, of Windsor, CT, passed away on February 23, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. Anna was born May 16, 1965. She is survived by her parents Aurelio S. "Alberto" and Marianne Higuera of Somers CT, her brother Alberto Miguel Higuera and his wife Mary of Burlington CT, her son James McGowan and his wife Carolyn of Enfield CT, and her daughter McKenzie Kryla and her husband Konrad of Enfield CT. She also leaves behind one grandchild Sophia McGowan of Enfield. Family and friends are invited to gather Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 3-4 PM at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road Enfield, CT. A brief funeral service will be held following visitation at the funeral home beginning at 4PM. Burial is Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
