Obituary for Antoinette Anteck

Antoinette "Toni" (Rocco) Anteck, 86, of Enfield, entered into eternal peace on Thursday, December 31st, 2020 at Hartford Hospital. Born and raised in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Giovannia (Parciballe) Roccasecca. Toni lived in Enfield for many years and was a parishioner of St. Martha Church. She loved visiting Foxwoods Casino where her luck never seemed to run out, playing her favorite machine and cashing-out with a smile on her face and a purse-full of winnings. She also loved cooking and taking care of her grandchildren. Toni was best known by those around her for her powerful prayers and spiritual healing. Toni was predeceased by her husband, Peter J. Anteck, as well as her three brothers and sister: Frank Rocco, Joseph Rocco and his wife Beatrice, Dante Roccasecca and his wife Dolly, and Mary Uccello and her husband John. She is survived by her daughter Rita Luongo and her husband Edward, two granddaughters, Lauren Luongo and Racine Reberio, great-grandson Anthony, several nieces and nephews and their spouses, Ronald Rocco and his wife Linda, Patricia Rocco Weare, Dante Roccasecca and his wife Katy, Robert Uccello, Richard Uccello, Diane (Uccello) Bowers, John Uccello, and several great-nieces and great-nephews, Suzanne Rocco-Foertsch, Melissa Debbisi, Michael Weare, Christine Weare Moser, Anthony, Gabriella, and Asia Roccasecca, Michael, Nicole, and Bryan Uccello, Andrew and Stephen Uccello, and Johnny and Adrianne Uccello. She also leaves behind her beloved Maltese Sasha, her best friend of eighteen years.
Visitation hours will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, January 7th, at St. Martha Church in Enfield. Committal will follow at St. Patrick's King Street Cemetery.
