Obituary for Barbara R. Tamaren (Rapoza)

Barbara (Rapoza) Cloutier Tamaren was born on January 11, 1938 in Fall River, MA to Oliver Evaristo and Ruth C (Lucier) Rapoza. She graduated from High School in 1956. She worked as a waitress at The Harley Hotel in Enfield and as a bookkeeper for Belmont Laundry before retiring to spend time with her Grandchildren. Barbara loved to shop and was always up for a good party. She could chat with anyone like an old friend and always knew the news of the neighborhood. Besides her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her husband Adrien Joseph Cloutier, step-mother Irene L Rapoza, brothers Ronald Rapoza and George Raposa, in-laws Julie Raposa, Jeanne and Roland Thibeault and Gertrude and Julian Tremblay, Darryl Lecy. She leaves behind her husband Michael Tamaren, daughter Michele Cloutier, Cheryl (Doug) Hapgood, Patricia (Todd) Olynciw, son Stephen (Kim) Cloutier, step daughters Kim (Gus) Tamaren Leddy, Lynne (John) Michel and the keepers of her heart, her grandchildren Tyler (Kylee) and Jessica Olynciw, Courtney and Andrew Cloutier, Brittany (Sam) Baldwin, Carly and Alyssa Michel. Barrett (Lorraine) and Colin Tamaren-Leddy and Great Granddaughter Shea Baldwin along with her much loved nieces and nephews.
Her family will receive friends on Sunday, July 10, from 2-4 PM at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd. Enfield. A Graveside Service will take place on Monday, July 11, at 10 AM at St. Patrick King St. Cemetery, Enfield.
