David Stroiney, 52, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2021. He was born in Hartford, CT to Chester Stroiney and the late Patricia (Maciolek) Stroiney. David was a life-long resident of Enfield graduating from Enrico Fermi High School in 1987. He was a volunteer firefighter with the Hazardville Fire Department for many years. He was employed at the Home Depot Distribution Center in Westfield, MA for the past 10 years.
David enjoyed bowling, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. He was an avid Red Sox fan. He was a devoted Uncle to his 4 nieces and 2 nephews (Sydney, Ellie, Charlie, Lexie, Jackson & Zackary).
David will be missed by many including his father Chester Stroiney of Enfield, his brother James Stroiney, and sister Debra Stroiney. His sister and brother-in-law, Kate Forte and Dave Cilley. As well as his aunts, uncles, cousins and their children, and many friends.

Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family for visiting hours on Sunday, April 11th from 5-7pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield, CT 06082. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernard Church of St. Jeanne Jugan Parish in Enfield at 11 a.m, Monday, April 12th (Please meet at church) with committal to follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery.
