Diane M. Carlone, 79, of Enfield, died on June 27, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital. She was born August 3, 1943, in Hartford to Joseph and Margaret (Schatz) Franco. She was raised in West Hartford and lived in Enfield most of her life. She retired from the Aetna after more than 20 years. She was a communicant of St. Bernard Church in Enfield. Diane loved shopping, playing cards with her friends, and traveling with family. Her greatest joy was being the greatest Nonnie to her grandchildren. Diane is survived by her children; Diana Culver and her husband Kenneth from Enfield, Deborah Jenkins and her husband Richard of Wales, MA.; her sister, Marilyn McCloud of West Hartford; her grandchildren, Taylor Lynn Culver and her fiancé Alex Raffone of Vernon, and Nicholas James Culver. She was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband Carlo A. Carlone in 2020.

Relatives and friends may join the family on Friday, June 30, 2023, from 4 – 6 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield. A Funeral procession will gather at the funeral home at 9:30 am on Saturday, July 1, 2023, for a Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 10:30 am at St. Bernard Church, Enfield.
