Edward Caye Jr. was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2022. This is an incurable condition. When he received this diagnosis, his response was, "This is Bull ****!" He never gave up and tried anything the doctors suggested and went anywhere there was a doctor willing to help. His disease progressed very rapidly, which required him to be on oxygen 24 hours a day.
He passed away peacefully on March 18, 2023, with his wife Gloria of 51 years, his two children Tammy and Eddie by his bedside. He was a beloved husband, father, son, grandfather, brother nephew, uncle and friend.
Services for Edward are private.

The loss of a loved one is devastating. Yet, we are always reminded by our hearts – how lucky we have been to know those that we love even in our loss.
