Gary D. Reynolds, 67, beloved husband to Luzviminda (Victoria) Reynolds, of Enfield, entered into Eternal Peace on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Putnam, CT, on December 30, 1952, the loving son of Edward Reynolds and Raymond and Marion (Ethridge) Stanko. Gary proudly served our country in the United States Navy for 17 years, and in the United States Marines for 3 years. He was an avid sports fan, his favorite teams being the NY Giants, the Rangers, the Yankees, and the Boston Celtics. He also enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, and playing poker with friends. Gary found great joy in the times spent with his four-legged companion, Gizmo. In addition to his mother, and his beloved wife of 29 years, Gary is survived by three children, Ceric and his wife, Jyllian of Charlotte, NC, Christopher and his wife, Dana, of Middletown, DE, and Christina of Enfield, CT; three brothers, Edward Reynolds and his wife, Elizabeth, of Johns Island, SC, Brian Reynolds of Stafford Springs, CT, and Paul Vallone and his wife, Kathy of Franklin, CT; a sister, Darlene of Storrs, CT; and five beloved grandchildren. Gary was predeceased by a brother, Mark Reynolds. Relatives and friends may join the family for calling hours from 4:00- 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06082. A memorial service will begin at 5:00 pm, followed by military honors. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
