Helena (Ludwin) Jedziniak, 98, of Enfield, beloved widow of Leo S. Jedziniak to whom she was married to for 66 years, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2022.
She was born on October 20, 1923 in Thompsonville, daughter of the late Frank Ludwin and Aniela (Akielaszek) Ludwin.
Helen is survived by her daughter Leah Hurst and her husband James of Enfield, and her son Lee Jedziniak and his wife Ann of Columbia, South Carolina; her beloved grandchildren Christine Hurst, Steven Hurst, Helena Jedziniak Glynn and her husband Colm Glynn, and Ethan Jedziniak; one beautiful great granddaughter, Aniela Róisín Glynn, along with several nieces and nephews.
Helen’s family would like to thank the entire staff at Arden Courts of Avon for their considerate care and compassion over the past year. Additional gratitude to Darlene Gallagher, Companion of Enfield, and Lesli Canon, CAN of Enfield, who assisted with her care and support which was greatly appreciated and a heartfelt thanks to Accent Care Hospice of Bloomfield, CT, whose staff showed kindness and compassion throughout the year.
