Jeanette D. Richard, 84, of Enfield, beloved wife of 64 years to Raymond Richard, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021 due to complications of COVID. Born in New Britain, CT on June 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Labieniec) Kiejko. Jeanette worked as a Registered Nurse in the Enfield community for her whole career before retiring. She was a devout Catholic and communicant of St. Bernard’s Church in Enfield. Jeanette loved her family above all else and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Besides her husband of 64 years, Raymond, she is survived by 5 children, Rosemary Colegrove, Kathleen Dziura (Bruce), Paul Richard (Kim), Lisa Morin (Ed), and John Richard (Kathy); 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Russell, Jr., Stephen, Daniel, Reghan, Riley, John, Jr., and Jenna; 2 great-grandchildren, Tova and Jori; 2 sisters, Dolores Breton and Susie Cote; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her son, Raymond Richard, Jr. and her sister, Dorothy Kiejko. Services will be held privately for family.
