Obituary for Joshua G. Berman
Joshua G. Berman, 34, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly May 26, 2022 in New Britain. Born in Hartford, he was raised in Rocky Hill and had lived in New Britain for the past four years. He earned an Associates Degree from Manchester Community College and worked at various theaters for the past 10 years. Joshua enjoyed cooking, trips to Disney World, playing his favorite video games, sci-fi, and watching musicals and theater productions.
He is survived by his sister Callista Berman and her fiance Jonathan Mercier, his step-father, Martin Kapper all of New Britain, two Uncles, Andrew Irish and his wife Carey, George Irish III, an Aunt, Linda Baldwin, and a cousin Daniel Irish. He was predeceased by his mother Stephanie (Irish) Kapper (2020).
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday June 9, 2022 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels 61 South Rd., Enfield. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Joshua's memory may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at
