Kaye-Ruth (Phelps) Riddle, of West Hartford, formerly of Enfield, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2019. She had been a resident of the Enfield community for several years and was the widow of Robert Storrs Riddle, who died in 1988. She is survived by her friends who were like family, Meg Sheehan and Patricia Albee and their families of West Hartford. Private services and burial will be held in the North Canton Cemetery.
