Lawrence "Larry" Caron, 51, of Somers, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 8, 2022. Larry was born on September 19, 1970, in Springfield, MA, the son of the late Albert and Marie Caron. In 1988, he graduated Putnam Vocational High School where he studied electrical. Larry went on to enjoy a long career of over 30 years with Altium Packaging, LLC as a plant and regional manager. In his free time he enjoyed landscaping and caring for his lawn. Above all else, Larry was a family man and his greatest joy in life was time spent with his wife, children, and extended family members. Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Nicole Campion Caron of Somers; his children, Evan, Amber, and Tim Caron; three grandchildren, whom he adored, Anyael, Askari, and Auveri; his brothers and sisters, Denise Olszewski and her husband, John, Doreen Christofori and her husband, Billy, Dawn Taylor, Della Lyons, Ray LaPointe and his wife, Linda, Darlene Antaya and her husband, Jack, Thomas Caron and his wife, Johanna, Michael Caron, Susan Kratovil, Nancy Harris and her husband, Joseph, Linda Lavtin and her husband, Daniel; mother-in-law, Barbara Campion and brothers-in-law, Michael Campion and his wife, Katie, and Scott Campion; and his best buddy, Bruno. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory many nieces, nephews, family and friends. In addition to his parents, Albert and Marie, Larry was predeceased by his dedicated step-mother, Rose Caron. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for calling hours from 4- 7 pm on Monday, May 16, 2022, at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield CT 06082. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 10:00 am at Somers Congregational Church, 599 Main Street, Somers, CT 06071. Please meet directly at the church.
