Mairi (LaFrance) Flaherty, 53, of Enfield, CT, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 20, 2021. She was born in Pompton Plains, NJ on May 9, 1967, to the late David LaFrance and Frances (Chisholm) North. Mairi, a Suffield High graduate, was an Executive Assistant and part of the KPMG family for over 30 years. She loved her Jeep, listening to country music, and spending time with cherished family and friends.
Mairi will be dearly missed by her daughter Danielle Flaherty and her partner Keith Lundie; son Andrew Mason; sister Anne Danek, her husband Ed and their two sons, Eddie and Dave; half-sister Sheryl Ghidotti and her husband Marc; as well as many cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
The family expresses a sincere gratitude to Dr. Matthew Jaffa and the Center 9 ICU nurses for the care and compassion she received at Hartford Hospital.
