Marie Catherine Price (Truiolo), 86, of Enfield, passed away on February 11, 2021. Marie, who some people knew as "Kitty", was born October 7, 1934, in the Thompsonville section of Enfield, the daughter of the late Francis Sr. and the late Carmella (Bonelli) Truiolo. Born and raised in Thompsonville, she moved to Arizona for a short period of time before moving back to Thompsonville because she missed her family. Marie was a great mom, a hard worker and a good provider for her family. She took on any job, no matter what it was, from armed security guard, to apartment manager and healthcare aide, just to name a few. Finally she retired from Cohoes after ten years as a sales person. Marie loved horses and horseback riding. She also loved cats and dogs and leaves behind a special rescue cat, Lucy. Most of all, she loved her family. She is survived by her son, Robert Locke of Enfield; a daughter, Carolyn Smith and her husband, James, of Enfield; a grandson, Richard Wallace and his wife, Kerrie and two great grandsons, Joshua and Benjamin of Greer, SC; a brother, Francis Truiolo Jr. and his wife, Debbie and two nieces, Gina and Jennie of Enfield; two nephews, John and Anthony and a great niece, Marina of Bristol. She is predeceased by her other son, Michael Noyes, who passed away July 5, 1990; a granddaughter, Nichol Talevi; a great granddaughter; and a brother and sister-in-law, Jack Truiolo and his wife, Carol. Our mom was the greatest and loved very much. She will be missed every single day. Her family will receive relatives and friends at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT, from 2:00- 4:00 pm with a funeral service beginning at the funeral home at 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 20, 2021. Burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to horse rescues and other animal rescue organizations. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the doctors and nurses at Johnson Memorial Hospital, the aides at Homewatch Caregivers, and the nurses at ECHN Visiting Nurse and Health Services Hospice and Pallative Care Team, and all of her doctors for their care and kindness to our mother.
