Obituary for Russell Scott Taylor

Russell Scott Taylor, 52, of Windsor Locks, formerly of Enfield, beloved son of Jacqueline (Fournier) Taylor and the late Richard Taylor, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 15, 2023. He was born in Fort Kent, ME on May 5, 1970. Russell grew up in Enfield and was a graduate of Enfield High School class of 1988. He worked as a software developer for many years. Russell was also an accomplished dart player, winning several championships. His family would like to extend a special thank you to the Windsor Locks Police Department, especially Officer Marc Hughes, for their compassion and support.
In addition to his mother, Russell is survived by his daughter, Tuesday Stoebel and her significant other Joey of NH, his brother, Michael Taylor of Danbury; his sisters, Sharon Watson and her husband Troy of GA, and Casey Taylor of DE; his aunts and uncles, Francis Fournier and his wife Dorothy, and Carol Fournier, both of ME, and Nancy McClintock and Bill Taylor, both of FL; his nephew, Matthew White of Naugatuck, and many cousins.
Russell's family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 11 am on Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St, Windsor Locks. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11 am. Burial will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Russell's memory may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
