Sarah "Sally" Goodrich Long, 82, of Enfield, left this earth peacefully Tues., April 7, 2020 at the age of 82 at Hartford Hospital. Born Nov. 6,1937 in Hartford, she was raised in Windsor until after she graduated High School. During her youth, she enjoyed the Girl Scouts and softball. Sally had a short but enjoyable career at Kaman Aircraft before having children. She immensely enjoyed the Duff Drive crew and made that street her family's home for close to fifty years. She still spent time with and talked to many of her long time neighbors.
She had a rewarding twenty five year career at Hamilton Standard and retired in 1999. In her early retirement she enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and liked watching them grow up. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors and camping with friends. She liked to meet up with old friends and make new ones while playing cards at the Enfield Senior Center.

She is survived by her daughter Susan DeMarino and her husband John. Her son Bradford Long. Her grandson Derek DeMarino and his wife Brittany. Her granddaughter Haley DeMarino. Her Sister-in-law Marian Goodrich from Colorado and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Katherine Goodrich and her brother James Goodrich.
