Stanley Wylot Jr., 84, formerly of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on April 1, 2021, in Florida. He was born in Hartford on September 26, 1936. Stanley grew up in Windsor, CT, and relocated to Enfield after marrying his wife, the late Dorothy (Paquette) Wylot, where they made their home and raised their family. He enjoyed a long career with PPG Glass as well as Capital Glass. Stanley proudly served our country in the United States Marines and was a lifetime member of the Elks. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his beloved family. Stanley is survived by his children, Lory Wylot-Thomas of Florida, Gale Kohler and her husband, Steve, of Florida, and Teresa Turmenne and her husband, Donny, of Maine; two sisters, Natalie Olenick and Betty Koons and her husband, Bob; grandchildren, Rachel Thomas, Kelly Thomas, Candace McNulty and her husband, Kyle, Courtney Hanks, and her husband, Dustin, Aubrey Martinez and her husband, Deneb, Zachary Turmenne and Marissa Turmenne; and his great granddaughters, Kennedy McNulty and Sophie McNulty. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a graveside service with military honors on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 11:00 am at Enfield Street Cemetery.
