Obituary for Vivien L. Turcotte (Chappell)

Vivien Lucille Turcotte, 80, of East Windsor, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born January 10, 1942, in Manchester CT to the late Gerald (Hoho) and Marion Chappell. After graduating from Manchester High School in 1960 she worked for Aetna. She later found her calling at Geissler’s as an amazing cake decorator, where she worked until her retirement. Vivien is survived by her children, Michael & Charleen, Lisa, Robbie, Steven & Jen; her grandchildren Jim & Linda, Tim, Maggie & Brendan, Michael & Ryanne, Martin & Christen, Nick and Chris and her great grandchildren Kerra, Delilah, JP, Quinn, Gabriella and Sophie. She also leaves behind her brother Gary & Mary, Dan & Claudia and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her ex-husband, E. Ronald Turcotte, her friend for life & his wife Rose. She is predeceased by her sister Anita. She enjoyed crocheting, jigsaw puzzles, ceramics and loved her cats Oreo & Pepper. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Touchpoint Rehab and her Thursday bingo group. Vivien was a woman of strong faith and loved her family at Grace Episcopal Church in Windsor. Relatives and friends may join the family on Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 2-4 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 4th, 2022 at 10:30 am at Grace Episcopal Church, 311 Broad St, Windsor, CT (Please meet directly at church).
