Nancy, It is with a broken heart that I send my deepest condolences to you and your family. Dick was an amazing person. My first memories are of Dick from my childhood; he helped my Mom and our community on the council and as State Representative. I had the pleasure of getting to know Dick again as an adult through his work with the Enfield Democrats, and my campaigns. I will miss his phones calls, unexpectedly, just to say hello and ask what’s going on in town, his laugh, and his jokes. Dick was one of the sweetest men I have had the pleasure to work with and know. My heart aches with you. God rest your soul Dick, until we meet again.
