Dr. Tom Connors

Heartfelt condolences to Mildred and the Gerish Family. Gardner was a great man! You won't find one person who didn't know and respect Gardner back in the 70's and 80's when he ran the Somersville Citgo station. I will forever be grateful for everything Gardner did for me when I was in High School, working at the Somers Inn, and going to College. I grew up on Hall Hill Rd in Somersville and Gardner was ALWAYS there for me to bail me out of MANY Car repairs when I got myself in trouble with my Dad's Car! He once towed my Dad's Car out of an impossible ditch situation when I got it stuck up on the mountain on a fire tower road ABOVE Parker Rd. He took care of my Gran Torino throughout College, got it Mag wheels, and always accepted whatever I could pay him at the time. He was one of the main reasons I made it through College and became Dr. Tom Connors. You were the best Gardner! RIP - Love Tommy Connors, PS - my vocabulary of swear words is par none due to Gardner!
