Lincoln S. Losey, 44, of Enfield,CT and formerly of Illinois and Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born on December 8, 1967 in Rockford, Illinois, Lincoln was the son of Elizabeth (Losey) Valuckas and the stepson of David Valuckas, both of Enfield, CT. Prior to his illness, Lincoln worked as a Financial Systems Analyst. In his leisure time, he was an avid card player and he enjoyed running a poker league. Lincoln had a quick wit and was often the narrator of entertaining tales. Besides his mother and stepfather, Lincoln leaves to mourn his passing his three brothers, Peter W. Losey and his wife, Paulina of Goshen, CT; Robert W. Losey of Tolland, CT and Richard W. Losey and his wife, Sharon of Dallas, TX; his uncle, John Angell and his wife, Margaret of Avon, CT; his aunt, Caroline Fedotowsky of Ojai, CA; as well as many extended family members and close friends. Funeral services and burial for Lincoln will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
