Obituary for Yvonne C. Wassell (St. Louis)

Yvonne C. (St. Louis) Wassell, 71, of Windsor Locks, died Monday April 28, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. She was born in Manchester on May 13, 1942 daughter of the late Damase and Dorothy (Ashwell) St. Louis. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and bingo and watching NASCAR, Boston Red Sox, New York Giants and UConn Women’s Basketball. She leaves her children, Roy Gagner and his wife, Ann, James Gagner and his wife, Gabrielle, Matthew Gagner and Claudine Thibodeau and her husband, Peter; a brother, Ernest St. Louis and his wife, Verlaine; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Her family will receive friends Saturday May 3 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at the Chapels. Burial will follow at Enfield Street Cemetery.
