Ronald  "Ronnie" Leo  Bowes
Ronald Leo “Ronnie” Bowes, of Enfield, entered into eternal peace Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Tochpointe Healthcare in East Windsor. Ronnie was born in Hartford and had lived in Enfield most of his life. He was a son of the late Alfred and Virginia (Petrolito) LaFountain. Ronnie had been employed as a flooring installer for over 30 years. He enjoyed antiquing and spending time with family and close friends. He loved children and animals and also shooting pool. He was well known for saying “it is what it is.” He is survived by two brothers, Charles Bowes of FL and Alfred Leo LaFountain, Jr. of MA; three sisters, Dee Bowes of Chicopee, MA, Marie Lee Devot and her husband Jeff Devot of Manchester, and Teresa Ann Seidel of Suffield; He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m.Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
