Obituary for Samuel H. Anderson Sr.

Samuel Anderson, Sr., born May 5, 1935, Age 85, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020. He was formerly of Elwood, Indiana. Sam was a member the OABA. OUTDOOR AMUSEMENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, and was a pioneer in rider safety. He was also a Member of the New England Showmens Association. He taught so many on how to do it right. Sam made a big impact on rider safety in the New England region . He is survived by his brother Donnie of Ansonia, Ohio, his three sons Sam Jr., Rick, and Billy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his Ex wife Patricia from Bradenton, FL. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Margaret (Porter) Anderson, his wife Carolyn whom he loved so dearly, his daughter Deborah, and his sisters Karen , Kay and Patricia. We love you Dad. Always with us. My eyes the best operator in the industry.
