Janis Emmette
I remember Mr. J as the most amazing man in the world to talk to. He never held grudges because he understood that children make mistakes. He would sit there and listen to every children's story because he felt as if they were all important. I was one of Mr. J's "kids" and he will forever live on in my life. I owe part of who I am to him. He used to drive by my parents house around Halloween because my dad did an amazing display and he would stop and let all of the kids look for a few minutes before bringing them to school even if he was late. He truly cared about every child that was on his bus and even children who weren't. He will be greatly missed by everyone in Windsor Locks.
